During our family vacation at O'Tai, the engaging staff went above and beyond, especially when we encountered complications with our travel plans. They were incredibly accommodating when we arrived a day late due to unforeseen circumstances with entry requirements-ensuring our stay remained stress-free. One highlight was the hotel's prime location a mere five minutes from the waterfront, making it effortlessly convenient for family outings and leisurely walks. In terms of family-friendly amenities, the hotel surprised us with a fantastic entertainment program for our kids, including movie nights and a mini disco-the perfect way for our little ones to unwind after a day of exploring. the spacious rooms provided a comfortable retreat for our family, complemented by the lovely swimming pool that became our go-to spot for relaxing together. O'Tai encapsulated a welcoming atmosphere ideal for families looking to create lasting memories in a charming setting.
